Couples Coaching
According to marriage & relationship experts, couples wait an average of 6 YEARS of being unhappy before seeking help! Why wait another minute more?
It’s OK to desire a deeper and better connection in your relationship!
Sometimes in a marriage or long-term relationship, the communication and connection with your partner shifts. The initial spark and desire you once felt may start to feel more like a tiny flicker rather than a flame. Rest assured, this is totally normal and many couples take on coaching to help maintain their beautiful love!
If you’re feeling:
Frustrated by miscommunications and/or misunderstandings
Discouraged with feeling disconnected at times
Stuck in cycles and patterns
…then Couples Coaching is the next best option!
In Couples Coaching, you will learn how to…
communicate in a way that leads to a deeper understanding of each other
work together to address concerns, make decisions, and move toward goals
accept yourself and your partner’s differences
appreciate strengths as a couple and individually
empathize and hold space for each other’s emotions
Couples Coaching consists of 60-90 minute sessions and are held virtually, via SimplePractice (a HIPPA compliant platform) weekly or biweekly. Progress is dependent upon couple’s consistency, effort, and presence.
